TALENT IMAGE AND CAREER STRATEGY:
EIGHT STEPS FOR RECORDING ARTISTS, ACTORS, AND MODELS

1.One-on one consultations and career evaluation of each individual artist/actor/model.

2. Image Development and marketing: Our image-building products will strengthen your presentation in any area of the business. These include, headshots, composite cards, portfolios, audio or video demos, image marketing through Twenty-First Century Studios website and other Internet products and websites. If you are a recording artist, we create album concept and design, as well as image development.

3. Twenty-First Century Studios holds auditions for audio, film, industrial video and music video projects when we are hired to produce them. In addition, we connect with the production industry for upcoming productions. Our talent database is marketed with our production services. This is a plus when we cast or refer talent for production work through other companies.

4. Professional Training: work with our referrals for coaches or teachers as well as industry workshops with visiting professionals and artists.

5. Production Casting and Auditions: We coordinate casting or work for casting directors or producers from other companies for upcoming industrial and independent film productions. See also our links to Independent projects and the IFAP21 program.

6. IFAP21 (Independent Filmmakers Assistance Program): We are involved in developing independent film projects internally, with other production companies, with independent producers or first time directors.This is a great opportunity to get important credits, training and experience without the costs associated with training.These projects cast actors as part of the program. If you’re on the Twenty-First Century Studios’ talent book, you get first priority.

7. Education: We have a very successful internship program. Twenty-first Century Studios has associates with experience teaching at the university level and has enjoyed a tradition of internships with universities as well as technical schools and government organizations for more than ten years. Internships are offered only in the technical and artistic aspects of production or marketing and administration for business majors. 8. Get involved with all the things going on in our production facility and you will get some valuable experience which is important on a professional credit resume. Our doors are always open for those who want to develop independent film production. It's up to you to get involved!
